Nic Link is a third-generation development and construction manager, working for his grandfather and father during high school and while attending Texas A&M University in College Station. He graduated in 2003 with a degree in Construction Science and joined Manhattan Construction Company in Dallas, Texas where he spent 14 prosperous years. After leaving Manhattan, formed HLM Construction Management with Mark Hickman and Joe Hickman. Collectively the team has overseen more than $1 billion worth of projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace. Nic’s strong connection with the area and diversity in market sectors such as, office, medical, public safety, government, sports, aviation, industrial, retail and tenant improvements will benefit any major building program. His years of experience on complex and dynamic projects have made Nic and expert in master planning, pre-constructionservices, estimating, contract management, safety, budget development, cost adherence and scheduling. He is a member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, The North Texas CCIM, and The Texas A&M Association of Former Students. Nic is LEED accredited and has an OSHA 30 hour certification.
A current resident of Frisco, TX, Nic is married to wife, Sandra and they have three children. Hobbies include travel, hunting, fishing, and golf.
